I am András Lacfi, a man, a helper living in a relationship, a father, a brother, a musician, and an entrepreneur.
I chose “Naked Man” as my medicine name, as it describes to where I am headed. Setting fire to everything that protected me from experiencing my true feelings, my armour, my shell, my masks, each day I take one step closer to my own truth.
A difficult childhood, abuse, addiction, crises, and pain have been faithful, honest, wise and often ruthless guides all leading me back to myself. This is inner pilgrimage – a rollercoaster of heroic and hellish journeys that continues to this day – is freedom itself.
As the Naked Man I offer a personalised approach to those who are led to me, through a combination of the knowledge and experience I have gathered in coaching, men’s circle facilitation, somatic trauma release, and addiction recovery.
If the hell you know scares you more than the future unknown, take a leap, and reach out, I’ll be happy to walk with you for a while.
return to timeless male ideals
Three years ago, I discovered the American organization Sacred Sons, who transformed my life through “Men’s Work” and set me on the path to a new vocation.
At the same time, for two years, I worked with my fellow brothers within the framework of the All-Male Area men’s circle operating here in Hungary. As a part of my journey, I have stepped back from these groups, and starting in 2025, I plan to support those who turn to me in a new, independent way.
As a men’s work facilitator in training, I base my work on the premises of brotherhood, helping our fellow men in their emotional development and deepening their self-awareness within a safe, supportive and sacred space. The goal is to return to timeless male ideals and embody them in everyday life. The path toward this goal leads through emotional, physical, and spiritual processes, challenges, tasks and initiations.

Vadházasság (Wild Marriage) podcast is our love child with my partner, Adrienn Zoratti. We’ve been through the ringer, did a few rodeos, but by piecing ourselves back together we found each other, and continue to walk the path of budding consciousness together. Thanks, Tinder! 🙂
We no longer muse on the mysteries of self-reflective, responsible living and relationships in the comfort of our couch, instead we build an honest, free, and conscious relationship with you and in front of you, guided by ancient and instinctive laws. We welcome anyone strong enough to be gentle, no mercy for the wicked, no limits for love, and everything that happens to us is our own responsibility!
Strangers in a strange land – Inclusive men’s circles for expats in Budapest!
I find it easy to connect with men from all over the world, my english is fluent, and I see that men living here have very limited opportunities to deeply connect with other men in a safe, accepting and held sacred space.
From early 2025 I am looking for brothers willing to do “the work”, regardless of sexual preferences, identification, religion, cultural background or race to meet biweekly, to share, explore and walk through the fires of our lives, while experiencing the strength and support of true brotherhood.

English speaking locals are also welcome. Contact me if you feel called.

Besides my work, music is a great passion, and I also enjoy writing, here are a few examples of what I hope are the best of both worlds. Please feel free to read my previously published articles (mostly in Hungarian)
